We opened Everest in 2004 because we believed a good meal could change a life. Our founder, Dr. Devi Gurung States, built this kitchen as an act of public health — every dish prepared fresh, heart-healthy, and with purpose.
Free Health Screenings for Neighbors
Dr. States offers free blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol screenings right here in The Grove. Eating well and knowing your numbers — that is the mission.
The Himalayan Family Healthcare Project
Beyond St. Louis, Dr. States leads a nonprofit delivering healthcare and education to remote regions of Nepal. Every meal you share here helps fund that work.
